Counsellor Directory

This innovative membership service serves to promote business information about your counselling practice, specialized services and skills as well as the ability to upload a profile picture and business logo. With futurist trends heading towards a generation that seeks information online as well as a specific set of skills, knowledge and experience, the CPCA believes this directory will provide a competitive edge for marketing our member's counselling services across Canada to the public, insurance providers, EAP contractors and government for verification of your legitimacy. All members who are in "good standing" will be approved to list their contact information in the directory on an annual basis. It allows our members to login to their directory listing once it has been approved and make any changes to their contact information.

Description

I offer 30 years of experience and specialized training to those struggling with Relationships. Most often challenges in this area present themselves as depression, anxiety, or grief, and they affect all areas of our life. My goal is to help you feel and function better in all areas, to build skills to manage your life more effectively, and to achieve your personal goals. I provide a safe and comfortable environment for singles and couples to share, heal and grow out of our home practice in Vernon.

Specialized training includes the Gottman Method and a certified 7 Principles of Making a Marriage work educator, the Bader/Pearson Method of the Developmental Model through the Couples Institute, and years of ongoing continuing education.

As a mature male, I also have extensive life experience in my special areas of practice. I use an integrated counselling style that adjusts to the specific needs of each client, and I use the latest methods and techniques to provide relief in a cost-effective manner.
